FAQ
-
What’s the difference between home care and home health?
Home care is non-medical support (personal care, companionship, meals, transportation). Home health is medical, ordered by a provider (nursing, PT/OT, wound care). We often work alongside home health.
-
Is there a minimum number of hours?
Yes—typically 2–4 hours per visit. We also offer full-day, overnight, and 24/7/live-in options.
-
How are caregivers selected?
Background-checked, trained, and matched to your needs, schedule, and preferences. If a fit isn’t perfect, we’ll rematch—no hassle.
-
Can you remind my loved one to take medications?
Yes—reminders only. We do not administer medications. We’ll help keep a simple log and coordinate with family/pharmacy.
-
Can we change or pause services?
Absolutely. Your care plan is flexible—add, reduce, or pause with simple notice.
-
Do you accept insurance?
We only accept private pay.
