Our Caregiver Standard
Our caregivers meet rigorous standards for safety and professionalism: we run national/state background checks, verify references, identity, work eligibility, and (for transport roles) motor-vehicle records before any assignment. They complete training in safety, infection control, mobility/transfers, dementia support, communication, dignity, and HIPAA-informed privacy, with periodic refreshers.
Each case is overseen by a care coordinator with check-ins, spot visits, and active family feedback to ensure quality. Caregivers follow strict boundaries and confidentiality rules and are trained in hazard prevention, incident response, documentation, escalation, and mandatory reporting.
